Had you attempted to sync your LDSTools? Calendar events are only updated when you synchronize. This is no done automatically.

Yes, in fact this is a bug. All units that are assigned to a building should be able to see all the events in the building regardless of which units scheduled the event, even the units that are not part of the building's agent stake. This will be corrected in the next release of the calendar.

There is a reason we did not include these type of resources in the default list of resources within a building. The system was designed to allow member who are calendar editors (generally group presidency, etc) to schedule events in a facility without having to call the building schedule. Remember ...

Currently out-of-unit leaders do not have a membership records within the out-of-unit ward/stake (there membership record stays in their home ward) and the add by name only retrieves records for the ward/stake that is referenced by the calendar (YSA Ward/Stake). The development team understands this...

Suppose that you want to allow the cultural hall to be schedulable by any ward that actually meets in the building, but you want to deny that ability to all other wards in the stake. You could create a reservation for each of the wards that meet in the building and let it be first come, first serve...

This issue has been reported to the leadership of the Membership department. The Directory website displays information using the guidelines and rules set forth by the department. Once they have determined the best solution to this issue, the directory team will honor their decision.
