Re: Gospel Library HYMN LINKS for Ward Bulletin

If a different link is used each week, that implies that the old programs are still available online, and someone could access and analyze them all at once. It depends on if the link includes something like a GUID making it hard for an attacker to guess the other links, or if they are even left onl...

Re: Standardized Equipment & Implementation Guidelines- What & When????

Our stake hasn't received any pushback for funding our full permanent setup, we just weren't allowed to mount anything via FM insistence. I would talk to FM about what they're willing to do. It might be a extra power outlet, or a line for audio. Whatever can help make your setup less reliant on lon...

Re: Booking Temple Appointments (limited number of temples)

I'd suggest sending feedback via the link at the bottom of each church webpage. That will insure the problem gets in front of the right people. It may or may not in the forum.

Re: Tithing and Donation Problems

I wonder if there's a app, perhaps one provided by the bank, that would take into account the outstanding payments instead of just using the current bank account balance. It would also help with other outstanding obligations.

Re: Missionary Payments to Central Office of the President

I'd suggest using the "contact us" phone number on the philanthropies page to see if they can do that.

Re: Gospel Library HYMN LINKS for Ward Bulletin

The same document link will continue to be used and that Google Doc will be updated weekly, I understand why you're doing that, but keep in mind that it does pose a security risk. Anyone who attends one time can now get weekly programs, learning names and upcoming activities. Quite the treasure tro...

This is primarily a user-to-user forum. There's not much we can do about it. You can submit your suggestion using the Feedback link at the bottom of each page.

Re: Assigning calendar items to more than one calendar

In order to streamline this process, we would like to create separate calendars so that stake members can sync only the information that applies to them and their families. Glad to hear that. Having too many events on one calendar creates too much "noise" for most members. If the members ...

Re: "One Stop" communications hubs for Stakes with Ward Integration

If you were in a Bishopric I'd suggest asking the Stake President for guidance ;) But I would encourage your Stake President to counsel with the Area Presidency. Excellent advice. Over the years, I've heard that due to various lawsuits, the church limits the information that it collects about membe...
