There's a number of things that have to happen before the system works as expected. First, your account has to have your MRN (Membership Record Number) on it. If it's not there, then nothing that happens on-line will show up at church, nor will anything at church show up on-line. Any donations made ...

The bowery is listed. I see I have to turn on the "Schedule All Rooms" slider to get it to take. That shouldn't be necessary. But that UI is tricky. It's presented as a slider, but it's really a button. You have to press the "nub" to toggle it. By chance, is it the first or last...

I know they're aware of the problem, but I'm not sure what it is or what it would take to fix it.

I have heard the process/server is "old" and needs to be replaced. As it is, it's checked and restarted as needed. It might be something broke it fatality.

I think you've been taken in by the sliders. It's a strange bit of UI. You have to click on the "knob" to move the slider over. (You can't drag it.) It's grayed out, because it's "unselected". If it was truly "grayed out" (unavailable) the slider would not appear. If th...

You need to talk to the ward clerk. It can take up to 24 hours before all the permissions kick in after a calling is recorded. But more importantly, it must be recorded as a "standard position" NOT a "custom position". You also need to verify that the Church Account you're using ...

Generally, Church Accounts do not have the ability to send mass emails, so I don't understand why that's needed.

You're going to have to wait for your son to provide the needed information.

The planner does not integrate with the ward calendar.

At one time I think there was a button to help place the event on the calendar, but with the changes to the calendar, it might have been removed.

Currently, the only way to recover the user name via "self-service" is by email or mobile phone number used on the account.

Resetting the password may allow the use of the Membership Record Number.

Anything else requires contacting support.
