Re: Possible Phishing Scheme?

It looks right to me. The test would be to see if the links point to a church domain or not.

Most phishing attempts will say something such that you want to click on the link (Like your order for $300 has been placed). The wording on this is too ignorable.

Re: Audio & Gospel Library app in general are crashing

I'm not a developer, but I wonder what would happen if you were to disable your network connection prior to opening the app. This has the ring of a sever connection issue.

Re: remove spouse email from cc emails

I highly doubt if being in the same household affects donation emails. It would affect other things, such as Ministering assignments by the Elder's quorum and having an accurate address.

Another issue is that some parental controls depend on the child being in the same household.

Re: Church Account vs Family Search Account

Our ward family history consultant says that he was told you should set up a separate account for Family Search and not use your church account..... I would ask the consultant for the source of that statement. I do think it's a bit simpler to use a FS account as that's what it seems to default to. ...

I wonder where "Dec 15th" came from. That doesn't sound right.

I could see that causing a problem for events at that location, but it would be odd if it affected other events. Especially locationless ones.

Anyway, "they" are looking at it.

Re: Can't Delete or Modify any Events

It looks like you share a building with a neighboring stake. That might be playing a role in the issue.

Re: EQ Clerk Permissions

Someone with access to the Access Table can verify, but I doubt if your calling has rights to send. There's no way to assign the rights short of giving you a calling that does have access.

You may need to forward the announcement to the EQ presidency and have them send it.

Re: Need Tithing email address

I have been paying my tithing and kept the receipts but almost all of them are not shown in my church account. If you've been turning your donations into your ward, the clerks doing the entry have to assign your MRN to the donation in order for it to show up in your Church Account. That can happen ...

Re: Can't Delete or Modify any Events

Ever since the 4.0 calendar released no one in my stake has been able to edit or delete any events on the calendar even the event creators! That's the first report of that I've seen. Is there anything about your stake that would be different from the average stake? Identifying the corner case would...
