Taxes on Supplies bought from FO

I agree with the discussion about taxes when you are paying a bill (i.e utilities etc) on behalf of someone. However, when something is bought under the FO account as a supply for the purpose of say fixing a house (leaking pipe, roof job etc) then there certainly are taxes that the church should be ...

Historical Stats should not change

Russell, Here is what is being asked: We need to be able to have a stat that gives us the history of what we have been doing. IF a sister was VT 100% and moves out, that should have no bearing on the past stats because during THAT time it was valid and counted (or did not-depending on the situation)...

Help needed in RS stats reports

The RS president brought the following to my attention: The statistics report that shows the % by month across the top has an apparent issue. While it shows the previous 12 months, those percentages change from month to month. Obviously the last month should change but at least the first 9 months of...

Stake to Ward Allocations

Our Stake does as was mentioned earlier. Each ward receives a onetime fixed budget at the end of each year for the upcoming year. They have already looked at the previous allocation and will add or subtract for fluctuations in attendance that occurred from the September 'count' month used for the an...

Stake updates via internet

Updating stats via the internet should be feasible now. The Stake Presidents and Clerks now have the ability to log into a website and update Temple Recommends from Home/office. Surely that is more confidential than HT/VT.

Exporting Online Calendar

How do I export the Stake/Ward calendar so that we can review and make changes in planning meetings. There are three file formats listed but I am not familiar with them or their applications. I have tried to import each format into excel or word with no luck. Is there a way to export to a common app...

So where do we stand

As one of the 20-21 original pilot sites for the ward websites, this feature is one we requested long ago. While I did not test the site here, it sounds like exactly what we needed (and what the Ward RS president - my wife) requests regularly. We truly need to find away to enable this funtionality a...

Web Version of MLS

What is the current status of the Web version of MLS ? Many years ago, our stake (Greenville, SC) was one of the 20 or 21 stakes that piloted the initial MLS. At one time, we had several progam managers come out from SLC for some training and focus groups. The most highly mentioned item was a scaled...
