Re: Members without Callings List on lds.org

Got it. Thank you. I was on a laptop and the menus are slightly different on a laptop (probably the smaller screen) compared to a desktop.

Members without Callings List on lds.org

I'm sorry, but I can't find a list of "members without callings" on lds.org (through leader and clerk resources). I clicked "Callings", but I don't see an option for this there. Help! :D

Thank you,
Aaron

Re: Removing Non-member children's records

So how do I determine whether they are temporary or 'member of record'?

Removing Non-member children's records

We have a less-active family in our ward that has not been to church for many years. Records were created for their children a few years ago, presumably when the parents were baptized. The children are now respectively 18 and 21, and are showing up on organizational lists (rolls, home/visit teaching...

Re: Bug in Calendar on locations?

Ok, ok. :) Turns out I don't know what I'm doing. I thought an event was all-day, but was really scheduled for 6:30am-8:30am. So the system is working just as it should. Bad input = bad output.

Bug in Calendar on locations?

So I have encountered a problem using the online calendaring system. We have an event scheduled all day using the whole building. If I try to schedule another event on that same day for all day using any location in the building I get the message "Your event conflicts with another event" w...

Re: Building Calendar for Two Wards

But the key to scheduling the building with no conflicts is for each ward to enter events on the calendar with specific rooms/resources specified. Conflicts are not allowed, even though one ward will not be able to see the other ward's calendar. Thank you all. This is making more sense. One problem...

Building Calendar for Two Wards

Hello all, I have been trying to figure this out with no luck. Can someone help? We currently have two wards in our building, and I have been tasked with creating a joint calendar that both wards share so we can ensure that the building is not double-booked. Currently we our ward calendar and they h...

Well, I know that members can order over the phone or in person through the ward account, because we have had members do this. :)

Restricting Distribution Center Charges

If I understand the system now, any member can purchase items from the Distribution center and charge them to our ward account. Is there a way to restrict this so only certain members (i.e. Bishopric and clerks) can make distribution center purchases?

Thank you.
