Re: Is there a way to get the app if you don't have a phone?

I suspect we all could have predicted the lack of a web interface judging from the demonstration by Elder Gong in the broadcast last year. In any case, as with all feedback, there are two ways to report your comments: app feedback, or up the priesthood chain.

Re: Circles

A Primary child would need to have a Member Account and a mobile device to run the Gospel Living app.

Re: Sustaining with No Meetings?

On a related note, we just changed our ward executive secretary, but we have no way of obtaining a sustaining vote for the change. Our stake presidency has told the unit leaders that without a sustaining vote, we can only make assignments, not callings. Since our old executive secretary is leaving t...

Re: Is it possible to exclude members from lists within "Send a Message" function?

If I recall correctly, the Send a Message function only uses the individual email address, not the household email address. So you could possibly either delete the individual email address or change it to an invalid, yet human-readable address.

Re: Best practice to connect to TV from phone or tablet?

Our stake bought Chromecast devices for each meetinghouse. I tried it once with nobody else in the building, and it barely worked with our 1 mbps DSL modem. With others in the building, it didn't work at all.

Fundraiser income

I am trying to compose an answer to my ward youth leaders concerning fundraiser income. Several members have asked if they can donate to the fundraiser via direct fund-transfer apps, rather than the traditional methods of checks or cash. The leader would consolidate these funds in a personal account...

Re: Bill Pay through Huntington bank

I once mailed a donation to the bishop's home. It was never recorded, and I didn't notice it was missing until the following year.

What happens when the bishop/BP is released?
