The problem is the printer is still under warranty. I called printer support and they said if the tech marks it as non-repairable, it will be replaced no questions asked. Unfortunately, the tech wants to prove his worth and fix it.

We have a B405 that a Xerox tech has now spent 10+ hours on over four trips to the building. Each time, he fixes an issue and causes a new one. The latest is that the scanner no longer works (and hence, we can't make copies). Has anyone had any luck getting a full on replacement printer? The amount ...

It is still in the store. Just searches don't work for some reason. Outside the store in Bing, search for: "LDS Tools Windows". The app inside the store should be a top link. While nice to have, still depressing that development is at end of life. The app will only be useful for so long.

Well, that was a awkward install. The download went well enough, but it took 3 tries just to get it started. It threw a system exception during the second attempt. Please contact the Global Service Center on Tuesday (Monday is a holiday) with details. With the recent changes in MLS and CDOL, there may be something that needs to be addressed. In both MLS and Leader and Clerk Resources when we attempt to generate the Officers Sustained report we are missing names in all youth presidencies. Awesome. Confirmed it is fixed for our unit. Now if only we could get calendar item e-mails sending out again and get rid of the "ghost" picture waiting for approval in our directory.
