Re: System error when trying to load calendar

I've seen this several times. There seems to be a problem with either cookies or how some of the data is cached in the browser; at least on Chrome. If I clear history, cookies and cache, it works again for a few months. If I'm in a hurry, I just open the calendar link in incognito mode, re-login and...

Re: Tithing in kind

I've done this for several years. The instructions given in the link to the Wiki are how I did it. There is no form for the broker. You need to call the Donations-in-kind office, tell them the name of your brokerage is and they will provide you with the church's account number for that brokerage (th...

Re: Family Discovery Day website link not working

Well, lds.org/familydiscoveryday has stopped working this morning. Tried multiple browsers on multiple devices and networks. It was working last night. lds.org/familyhistoryday still works fine. Not sure why they can't direct both to the same url. Strange.

Re: Family Discovery Day website link not working

We're getting closer. It's now working for me in Chrome, but not IE. I've cleared cache and cookies, but no go.

Re: Family Discovery Day website link not working

I called the FH department in SLC. They walked me through many of the steps I've already done. Of course, since it works fine for them (being on the church network), their focus was on browser config, etc. Once we got past that, they felt it should be discussed with the global services support. I ca...

Re: Family Discovery Day website link not working

There is another link that redirects to the same website: http://www.lds.org/familyhistoryday That link works fine for us. It also changes the url prefix to "https:", so I don't think that's an issue. http://www.lds.org/familydiscoveryday should redirect to the same website, but fails. Unf...

Re: Family Discovery Day website link not working

But according to the OP, that's not what's on the posters. That's a problem. Yes, that's the issue. We have posters in all buildings in the stake, have submitted a news article for publication in a local newspaper and will be distributing thousands of flyers over the next few weeks. All of these co...

No, sorry. But I just went to the site and it seems to be working just fine right now.

It's still not working here. Are you on a Church network? I understand that the link works from some Church facilities, but not externally.

Family Discovery Day website link not working

We are in the process of publicizing our upcoming Family Discovery Day event. All the publicity materials we received from SLC (posters, flyers, etc.), include the link: http://www.lds.org/familydiscoveryday to register for the event. However, this link is not working (404 error). We submitted feedb...

Problem changing recurring event

I'm trying to change a recurring event. I want to change a single occurrence to a different location. When I click the Update Event button, I get this dialog. I'm guessing this is supposed to be the dialog that let's me choose to update the current event only, future occurrences, all occurrences, et...
