Re: How to download Gospel Library in Spanish

Things have become much simpler since my last post. Now, all you have to do to open a Gospel Library screen in a different language is to open a new screen as usual and then go to settings (gear icon) > Language. Couldn’t be easier. My complements to the developers.

Re: Alternative hosts

Thank you. That was very helpful. For anyone reading this, be aware that you can only claim host if no other participants are already hosts. Log into the meeting and click on Participants. At the bottom of the Participants window, Claim Host is one of the options. Use the Host Key from the Zoom Prof...

Alternative hosts

How do you add "Alternative Hosts" to a Zoom meeting. When I try to do so, I get this error: "<email address> is not a user in your Zoom account." However, I can't find any way to add a user to our Church-sponsored Zoom account. According to instructions online, I can do this by ...

Zoom: Maximum number of attendees

Hello. May I ask a few questions? With the new Church-sponsored Zoom account, the maximum number of attendees is listed as 500 and two meetings can run at the same time if they are started from separate devices. If two meetings are run simultaneously, is the maximum 500 per meeting or 500 total? Cou...

Dell Optiplex 9030 AIO computer powers off when trying to boot from USB - FHC Windows 10 install fail: Solution

I thought I'd document this weird bug in case anyone else comes across it. I help look after a small FHC with 4 Dell Optiplex 9030 AIO (all in one) computers. They were scheduled to be remotely upgraded to Windows 10, but that process failed. I then moved on to manually installing the FHC Windows 10...

That's got to be it. Oh, wait, does that mean I'm a louse? I seem to have loused up the Church Zoom account transfer system, so maybe.

Bart fixed my problem! Thank you! We'll try again, and we'll try to get it right, this time.

Re: Church provides a new Zoom Account to local units

I requested a license for our stake using my personal email address. The procedure transferred my personal Zoom account to the Church account. This is not what I wanted, so then I tried to reverse the process by disassociating my personal Zoom account from the Church account. However, this process l...

Re: Satellite dish removal

some locations may be granted approval to continue with Ku-band satellite services. That said the intent is to remove as many systems as possible. Thank you for your reply. I think that I am not understanding the situation. If our satellite dishes are being removed because the satellite spectrum us...
