When you added your special third stake conference did you recreate the class to have it work around it? Did that work for you? When I added the third Stake Conference I had to manually advance the classes on week for the remaining weeks. I didn't recreate any classes, though I suspect that would w...

Home page defaulting to Spanish Language

I know this has been brought up before with different languages at different times, but I wanted to make sure if anyone else is seeing what I'm seeing. When I go to https://lds.org , I get redirected to https://www.lds.org/?lang=spa , instead of https://www.lds.org/?lang=eng . Also, when I go to the...

I agree as well. I saw this occurring today when I was trying to give an introduction to my Bishop about this new tool.

Teachings for Our Time

I would suggest updating the Lesson Type of "Teachings for Our Times" to be changed to "Teachings for Our Time". For reference, the May Ensign has a section for the fourth Sundays entitled "Teachings for Our Time". It may be a small thing, but I think being consistent is best.

Selecting multiple lessons is a great idea. We're having a special third stake conference this year, and so there will be at least one lesson in Gospel Doctrine will either need to be combined or skipped. I also like this idea of adding a notes section especially for the Teachings for Our Time (4th ...

Anyone taking the Free Software as a Service Online Class?

I don't completely know if this is okay to pass along, so if it's not let me know. I just signed up for saas-class.org . It's a Free online class by two UC Berkeley professors. A quick description of the class (from the site): This course teaches the engineering fundamentals for long-lived software ...
