Many leaders are wondering if there will soon be the ability to use text messaging to mobile devices instead of sending the traditional emails from the various calendar and directory modules.

Event Pop up does not pop up
Stake RS President who has viewing and editing rights given her, can not create an event on the stake calendar. When clicking on the event day, the event pop-up window will not display. Pop up windows happen on other web programs. Platform is a MacBook Pro. Any suggestions?

I have added myself to the other wards as a building scheduler but still get this "USER NOT AUTHORIZED" error message. I have tried all that has been suggest many times, and have had others verify what we have done and nothing seems to change. Could there be some setting that might not be obvious or...

I have checked the 3 boxes on the "Manage Location and Resources" for each ward in the stake. I am the Stake Web Site Administrator which I think is a default approver. But everytime we go to any of the "Subscribed Location" and click on other ward buildings, every one is getting a "USER NOT AUTHORI...

That's is how I would hope it would work, but everytime we try to look at the subscribed location at the bottom right side of the screen we get an error that says "access denied, user is not authorized". This is happening to all of the designated people as defined in the MLS calling list. I think th...

Funerals in Ward Buildings
We have an aging stake with many funerals occuring. How can a bishop in one ward check and reserve the resources in another building (over the internet) with the new system ?

Roles and Rights Changes
Please help me understand the 'roles and rights'. I wonder if they have changed since the last major update. This pertains to both the 'Calendar and Directory' tools. I am the HC in charge of the stake's web site. Our stake ward member that have been called to their respective official MLS calling o...
