Need MLS 3.2.3
I guess my stake is behind the ball in figuring out that we need to restore some of our wards back to a Oct 17 database to retrieve data that CUBS has wiped out. We were going to follow the instructions on using a stand alone computer with its clock turned back to Oct 17 but now that MLS 3.2.4 is ou...

Why no official trainng?
I hopefully am not alone in my feelings of being in the dark on the whole CUBS transistion. I cannot help but notice the lack of training in any real form save for the rather terse messages received via MLS. Knowning how thorough the church is I can only assume that the new system is so easy to use ...

What about YSA Wards??
So I finally got all the MPR's in for the wards in my stake and noticed the new lines for YSA reporting. I think this is great but then I noticed that for our YSA ward (in which ALL members except the bishopric) are Young Single Adults. So I expected to see the YSA numbers to be equal to at least al...

We have been doing this for years. Our format may not be what you desire but each quarter I take all the MPR data and place it in a excel spreadsheet that keeps the last 3 years data. Each ward has one side of a page with all the numerical data and on the backside I have charts for the areas our sta...

Sustaining sheet issues
Just to add to the list, we have had some of our ward clerks run into the same problem only instead of the RS presidency it was some of the youth presidencies. When they print the callings by org report everything is fine but the sustaining sheet never picked them up. We finally gave up and hand typ...

MLS 3.1.3 to MLS 3.1.4 issues
I am a stake clerk and almost all of my wards have come across the defect in 3.1.3 where they get "an error occurred" message when trying to change organizations and other areas (reports, etc). I found on this site some others having the same issue and discovered that there was a fix in 3....

Missionary Fund withdrawl and time of service
Hi All, I have looked through this forum and did not find anything related to the questiong posed to me by a missionary family today. Their missionary was to return in early September (5th) but for some reason the timing is such that she will not return until late September (23rd). Is the family/mis...

I had a nice chat with GSD today and they confirmed with me that if the ISP connection is lost the VPN may not re-connect properly. The definition of an amber LED is that the VPN is up but not connected. The only recourse is to power cycle the router or use a soft-reboot by logging in to the router....

It feels warm to the touch but not hot. There are no obstructions on the top or sides of the router and it is sitting on top of a non-heat generating location. Also, for the comment about using an UPS or battery... there is no power supply issue, just that the fixed point wireless ISP connection dem...
