Communication and notices rather than broken links would've been helpful. Thanks for the update.

CDOL unavailable

I can't seem to pull up CDOL. Did I miss a notice, letter, or message about a planned system update or upgrade? Did the URL change?

Officers Sustained Form - Ward Assistant Executive Secretary

Today was our ward conference. I noted that the LCR-generated Officers Sustained Form does not include the new calling of Ward Assistant Executive Secretary. The calling seems to have been added with the July 2021 General Handbook update. Our Bishopric and Stake Presidency inserted the calling and r...

Re: Missionary plaques

Our ward has used McGee's but we've had to carefully proofread the plaques for typos when picking up our order. We've had several misspellings of missionary names or mission names. (e.g. Nevadas Las Vegas vs. Nevada Las Vegas) Feels like their engraver is sloppy at data entry/transfer from the onlin...

Re: Easy way to export viewers?

I'd appreciate such a feature. Especially since LCR provides the notice: "Beginning in October 2020, we ask that local unit leaders and clerks, where practical and possible, record the number of members who participate in sacrament meeting in person or on a broadcast." Adding such a featur...

Re: YSA ward personal phone# vs household phone#

Just speculation here, but are the YSA records retaining their "home" household number when the records move into the YSA ward?

Does the meeting start time of the unit play into the calculation? :D

Re: Change in Recording Sacrament Meeting Attendance

My stake requires a monthly statistical report and I've chosen to mirror the quarterly report format for my submission. If I were in your shoes, I'd ask the stake how to create the report they're asking for. Let them figure out the mechanics as well as getting a feel for how much work they're askin...

Re: Change in Recording Sacrament Meeting Attendance

Thank you Ryan for the additional context. I figured the potential number was somehow average-based since it didn't match the monthly Unit Statistics counts. I'm still not sure how my calculations are off by 1, but I was trying to see if I could understand/reverse-engineer the math and logic behind ...
