New Ward - How Long Before Leaders Can Use Leader & Clerk Resources?

What is the amount of time required before leadership in a new ward can access Leader & Clerk Resources? Members were moved out of old ward, we did MLS send & received, all new ward members were then populated inside MLS. This morning the bishop logged into leader & clerk resources and a...

Re: New Teradek Unit - Poor Audio

The audio was poor when it was plugged directly into the Teradek but when I plugged it into the Atlona converter and modified Teradek's audio setting (telling it that both audio and video was entering via HDMI) then it worked great.

New Teradek Unit - Poor Audio

We've been using the webcast communicator for many years and we're switching over to the new Teradek broadcast solution. I've run several test broadcasts and the audio after x minutes becomes garbled (as though someone inhaled helium and they're trying to talk funny). I have SD cameras, video switch...

Teradek Vidiu - No Video Available Issue

Issue The Teradek Vidiu device displays "no video available" (both on the device itself and the web interface). Context I have a lot of equipment (camera controllers, video switchers, etc.) so I stripped everything down to its simplest form... 1 SD camera directly connected to an Atlona A...

Re: Firewall Losing DNS Settings?

I was the OP who started this thread... The only thing that resolved the issue for me was to have the Global Support folks remote into my router, unset/clear the DNS settings inside the router, reset/enter the DNS settings (so when clients connect the router assigns the Church DNS servers), and rebo...

Re: Firewall Losing DNS Settings?

To plug into the modem, are you unplugging the router? If so, then there goes all the traffic. If the modem has more than one jack, then most likely it's also a router - and a potential issue. In that case, I'd look into getting "just a modem" that has but one working jack. Yes I'm using ...

Re: Firewall Losing DNS Settings?

@Russllhtm - Appreciate the education but still not entirely sure I understand the exact issue and resolution. I took my macbook pro laptop in the attic and directly connected my laptop to the router (via CAT wired connection). I was able to ping any IP address (e.g. 8.8.8.8 or 4.2.2.2) but I couldn...

Firewall Losing DNS Settings?

Issue While connected to the firewall, I can ping an IP address with no issues. However, I can not ping any domain name like http://www.lds.org. I've tried this command from multiple machines (wireless and wired) within the building and/or directly connected to the firewall. It "appears" ...

Re: Internet crashes during church meetings

I am having the exact same issue... For about the past 3-4 weeks at least 2 of my buildings the Internet stops complete. I am the STS. I've directly connected to the Cisco firewall and unplugged everyone else (clerk machines, WIFI, etc.). If i open up a command window I can ping any IP address with ...

On-going Cisco Router Issues In Multiple Buildings On Sundays

For the past couple of months, the Internet traffic stops (or becomes severely limited) in at least 2 of my stake buildings on Sunday. During the rest of the week I never have an issue (and yes I've check them multiple times throughout the week). If I remove the Cisco Firewall and direct connect to ...
