Thanks for the reply and I'll do my part to dispel the rumors.
I guess I still have a question I am looking for an answer to: Is there any advantage to using a PC with the webcast software as opposed to the communicator hardware? We are using the communicator but have seen failures in the webcast.

I've seen the same thing. I compared with my computer's calendar and the problem is the slide bars don't show on the sides of the calendar list which makes it impossible to scroll down to calendars lower in the list.
