Re: Report for members who are about to receive ACH/EFT for expenses

There is no report that I'm aware of. However, if you begin an expense, select ACH as the reimbursement method and then select the person it will give an error if they are not setup. If they are setup it will display "Account Information: *******XXXX" next to the name (with only the last 4...

Re: What to do with Joint Custody records?

I'd prefer to not have duplicate records for someone, but maybe there are situations where that is the most appropriate... Definitely don't do that. If both ward want/need a record then one ward should hold the actual record (the bishop in this ward would be responsible for priesthood interviews wh...

Re: Fast Offering - Rent direct withdrawal

Although it sounds like you may not have a choice that arrangement does not follow the general guidelines for how to handle fast offering assistance. If you can't find any way to pay the landlord directly, then I'd recommend getting as much documentation as possible. Proof that they payment was made...

Just use the feedback link on any page of ChurchOfJesusChrist.org. They all go to the same place.

Just find the child's Member Profile in LCR, click on the Family tab and then click on the pencil icon to the right of the father's name.

Re: Newly wed couple living with parents

There can definitely be multiple households at the same address. In every unit I've been in married couples are always put in a separate household even if they are living with parents. But ultimately it's the bishops decision but he will definitely take the needs and wants of those involved strongly...

Re: Payment Timing for ACH Expense Reimbursement

After the 2nd approver reviews and documentation and approves the expense. If the bishop is on the 2nd approver then it does not wait for the bishop's separate approval. From what I've heard from my ward members they get a notification of the transaction within about a day and the money is deposited...

Re: LDS S&I App

I'm getting the same error trying to access the Ward Directory. The church is currently working on transitioning from lds.org to ChurchOfJesusChrist.org and it looks like there are various hiccups along the way. Most likely it's a temporary issue that will get resolved as they work through things th...
