Re: Font Color Question

Did the options change? I no longer see hot pink on the choice of available colors? Some colors are so close together I really like
hot pink easy to distinguish. I do have it but friend not able to get it?

Re: Churchwide Events Calendar Entry

Thank you. I always thought Salt Lake made the entries on the Churchwide calendar. Why does the event
not show who owns it? That was why I thought it was Salt Lake doing input.

Churchwide Events Calendar Entry

Wondering who inputs churchwide events? Is it done by Salt Lake or does each Stake get a list and input? Received a list of upcoming 2021 churchwide events but don't appear to be on the 2021 calendar yet. Tried looking at an entry for 2020 and unable to tell. Example: 12-06-20 Worldwide Christmas De...

Re: Ward Website Administrator Access Privledges

That was why we had ward website be an administrator on the calendar a well as higher level leaders only. So can ward bulletin specialist just be given the LCR emailing rights? Sorry I do not have LCR rights so can't look up. But trying to train and needing answers to accessing. Stake clerk can only...

Re: Ward Website Administrator Access Privledges

The only reason to have a building scheduler is to create events for those outside of the ward, who cannot create events on your ward calendars. And to be a referee. YES to both. Referee and overseer for building. Building schedulers in our stake are responsible for "private event" activi...

Re: Ward Website Administrator Access Privledges

That calling was renamed as Email Communication Specialist. The only privilege for that calling that I can see in the LCR Access Table is "Send a Message". When I look at the Calendar Administrators, I see that the Email Communication Specialist is indeed listed. THANK YOU. I've been aski...

Re: Ward Website Administrator Access Privledges

Is Ward Website Adm still a calling with these rights? ● Create new calendars ● Approve new calendars ● Inactivate calendars ● Remove calendars ● Manage (add, modify, delete) events on Ward calendars (A bldg scheduler has this right too) If not, is an administrator responsible or who usually designa...

Re: Borrowing tables and chairs

Funny, I had this very question today and couldn't find anything in the "Facilities Management Guidelines for Meetinghouses and Other Church Property". Member wanted to borrow chairs and it is my understanding that "furnishings" do not leave the building but could not find a sou...
