Text messages can be sent by email. I doubt the ten text limitation applies to messages received from email. I would think each address would be received individually. It would be nice if we could opt in to allowing our own contact information be displayed to other units and or exclude units. I for one really would like to look up people I know without resorting to Facebook.
We had an ice storm today and church was cancelled via Facebook. Children and youth do not have email or phone numbers. Even if their names and personal information are not shown their parents contact information needs to be available so we can quickly and easily contact them.
