We have had the same thing for the past couple of months. For us it was due to the creation of our new ward. This month we are getting the correct reports. If you are in the same situation (new ward), just wait a month or two and it will work itself out.

I noticed those reports missing as well. We still have cess to them on LCR, but not on LDS Tools.

If you go to maps.lds.org there is a download button there where you can download the ward directory with a lot of information.

I am also having the same error. I remember seeing somewhere on the forum a post mentioning someone to contact about this, but I can't remember who it was and I can't find the post anymore. Any moderator out there that knows who I need to contact?
