For that specific situation, you may want to download and install the free PowerPoint viewer. They won't be able to do any last minute editing, but they will be able to show it. However, the Church pushes getting non-members into our scout troops. Is there a way to obtain the calendar ID for a specific sub-calendar instead of using the one for the user? We need to share a sub-calendar (for Scouts) to google.
