I have folders for notes in set up for various topics , family, faith etc. Laely when I try to save a scripture i can't select one, they all have checkmarks by them . WHY? how do I fix nthis i have attached a sample

I have recently had a problem when I highlight the text, then try to assign it to a topic, all of the topics already have check marks by them and i can't remove them

i highlighted just today and had no problem you seledting a color before you highlight?

Is this a technology that should be added? Also an exchange list of equipment. Maybe one meetinghouse has one too many microfiche printers and they could let one go for instance. Then another ward can say yes and get it shipped there. BY the way, we need a used but working micorfiche reader/printer ...

I would love to help, but everything looks like neeeding to know computer softare. I put in my skills and most of the projects that came up I dot not qualify for. I am a degreed Mechanical engineer by trade - can you point me in the right direction
