YSA Stake Leaders accessing Lesson Schedules

85 out-of-unit members serve in leadership positions in our YSA Stake. As the stake clerk, when I access lesson schedules, I can only see my home ward. I cannot see any of the wards in my YSA stake. I read the known limitations and did not see this listed as a limitation. Is there a way for the 85 o...

So what's the answer? I don't see any perfect solutions, but I'd love to hear a concrete suggestion. About all I can think of is some more training and education. Perhaps the process of requesting a record in MLS (or online at LDS.org now) could require the clerk or leader requesting the record to ...

By the way, I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. That doesn't help - it gets the same error.

Data download hangs!

I've used LDS Tools since it first came out. At this moment I can't get it to work on either my iPhone or my iPad. It hangs downloading the action and interview list. Quite annoying. It may have something to do with the 47th ward being inactive during Spring Term here at BYU?? When I checked the iPh...

My particular YSA stake is at BYU. Students come from hundred of stakes throughout the world. We can't educate all the home wards and stakes. Move restrictions are not a reasonable way to deal with this. MLS needs a new capability to address this problem.

MLS Issue for YSA Wards: No way to keep records in our wards

MLS should provide a mechanism for YSA Wards to hold on their members' records. Currently home ward clerks and bishops frequently pull records "home" to do things like start missionary applications, issue patriarch blessing recommends, etc. This causes issues such as data that has been entered into ...

Same Problem - 1 of 11 wards in Provo YSA 4th Stake

We are seeing the same issue here in Provo. Don't really want to do a restore from backup - the ward has entered a big fast offering batch. Guess I'll wait to see what x3500 has to say in the morning.

Calendar 2.0 not ready for some YSA stakes & wards

I've been meaning to post this for a while. After spending hours looking at calendar 2.0 and interacting on this forum, I've come to the conclusion that calendar 2.0 is not ready for use in my YSA stake. There are several reasons: 1. For some reason that no one has been able to track down, my home s...

Can you get any other calendars to become inactive or active? I'd like to find out if this is isolated to just this calendar or all calendars for you. All other calendars that belong to the Provo YSA 4th Stake work correctly. I can turn them active or inactive. Just this one single adult calendar m...

I'm reluctant to "retest" because of the negative email generated from members in my home stake when they received the notification emails. I would like some explanation of why I should expect a different result if I retest this scenario.
