Re: Streamyard Virtual Meetings
Sheesh, I signed Gardendale Alabama Stake. No such thing. I used to be in the Gardendale Ward. I am now in the Gadsden Stake.

Streamyard Virtual Meetings
So, I have been using the streamyard platform for doing live streaming events where I work. We are considering using it in our stake for doing virtual sacrament meetings (sacrament meeting not originating from a building, but originating from multiple meeting participants. ). I like that if you don'...

Re: MH Webcast to address COVID-19 restrictions?
I came here looking for thoughts and ideas on this very question. I think the points from the handbook are well taken and until someone says otherwise that is what we should follow. It is tempting with all the technology we have available to want to answer all the issues we face with technology. How...

Some of it is HD and some analog with various HD to Analog and Analog to HD converters. (2 analog sony cam...

Re: Meetinghouse DNS Setting Changes
We had an issue with the new DNS settings blocking photos.google.com. I actually found out from my daughter who is serving a mission in IIF. Last week should could get to google photos at her local FHC and this week she couldn't. I checked at our buildings at it was blocked as well. I emailed mht an...

Printing issue
I know the title to this forum says "except for FHC printers." but I am not sure where else to ask.... I have been trying for a month to get support for a Lexmark printer in a FHC. I call the 800 number (866 406 1830) and get routed to a message that asks me to leave name and number and th...

Re: bug with chrome and firefox
We have a mix of Windows 7 and Windows 10 machines. We use a Taradek but I do have wirecast/BlackMagic Intensity Shuttle as a back up. Everything worked much better for our Stake Conference. Hopefully the browser bug will be fixed because Chrome usually really works better. Many of our receive site ...

bug with chrome and firefox
We have been using the Teradek since it came out and it has worked pretty well. July 23rd we webcast a Stake Leadership Meeting. Everyone was having lots of issues where they were receiving audio but no video. I called support and they weren't able to isolate the problem. some sites worked perfect o...
