The youth groups do use the RS room/kitchen when the Relief Societies are not using them. Each ward is bumped one night each month from those rooms for Relief Society use. I did try selecting just the individual rooms by themselves, thinking I could edit the one night a month, but it didn't allow me...

To make matters more frustrating the calendar resets to the current month and I have to click month by month to the future month I am working in. I agree with KirbyLSmith. The resetting to the current month with every save is very time consuming. It takes a lot of time to enter hundreds of events a...

Reservations: conflicts with long term repeating events

Just wondering how to reserve the weekly, repeating, Youth activity nights, using the entire building, but then allow 3 evenings per month, for the 3 Wards' Relief Societies to use the RS room and the kitchen. The RS's meet on a monthly repeating cycle. Do I have to leave the kitchen and RS rooms op...

On the "Reservations" page, I have one location listed twice, but it is listed only once on the Locations page. How do I remove one of the entries?

Have you tried checking the box by your building under "Available Locations" in Week View? That should allow you to see all reservations that still exist for the building. When I go to check that box, the following warning comes up: IMPORTANT! You are enabling this location to be schedule...

I am trying to use Reservations. I have one Chapel listed twice, though it is only listed one time under Locations. How can I remove the 2nd entry? Also will the Calendars be adjusted so that when you are working in one month that it won't go back to today's date after every entry? That makes enteri...

This is the path I am following. Calendars, Settings, Reservations, Help--which then leads me to the old set of help information which references "Options". I have done this over and over and I am not getting the new set of directions.

Sorry, I am new at this and just lost what I was trying to reply. I am on the new page to do Reservations and I have one building on twice and was trying to figure out what to do as I only have it on the Manage Locations page once. I choose Help on that new page and it takes me to Ma...

"options" is still under Managing Locations

The community admin asked where "options" is still showing up. I am finding "Options" as the recommended place to still go to today. Below is a clip from the "Managing Locations and Resources" in the Help area. Many stakes have a default set of locations and resources t...
