I have updated callings on MLS 3.5 and they show up there and in the directory on LDS.org but they do not show up under Clerk Resources : Calling by organization. Is there a refresh that I am missing? They are standard callings, ie RS Presidency.

It does make sense. Admins didn't have that right under the old Classic LUWS either.

Thanks, I'll let my bishop know that my assignment reverts back to the ward clerk.

I assume your quoting that from somewhere. I do find this : So according to the documentation, you should be able to. That is true. My problem is that after checking everything suggested by Ryan Jones, and verifying the correct parameters on CDOL and policy-ldspositions, I am still able to do nothi...

from "Roles and Responsibilities"

A directory administrator approves photos that members upload, can upload and manage photos on behalf of members, can change opt-in/opt-out settings, and can change phone numbers and e-mail address information.

Under "Ward" website administrator is listed.

Did this change recently?

You are in CDOL correctly, so the next thing to check is to see if it made it to the authorization system that the directory uses. After you are signed in go to https://lds.org/header and look for the policy-ldspositions: you should see p1559/7u235016/5u518557/ If you see something different then y...

Ability to Edit Ward Member E-mail Addresses in the Directory at Home

I am a ward website administrator. I was added to MLS with the title that had a "star" by it. Yet, I am still unable to edit member emails and phone records. The only profile that I can edit is my own. What am I and the ward clerk doing wrong?
