Log or Notification of Calling Changes

I don't think this exists anywhere, but it would be very helpful to have a log of calling changes. It would be even more helpful if a summary of the changes could be subscribed to or automatically sent. For instance, when a new SS presidency is called in a ward it would be nice if the stake clerk or...

Re: Stake Conference - Confidential Tithing Report

That would be great if that is the case, but if so then the instructions need to be updated to reflect that. I'll know for sure when I've gotten back the occupations from everyone and updated them, then the stake president can do step 2. If he can see the tithing column when logged in then I'll know...

Re: Stake Conference - Confidential Tithing Report

As of June 2019 there is now an online form called "Confidential Tithing Report", linked in from the Stake Conferences dashboard ( https://galt.churchofjesuschrist.org/dashboard ). Step 1 is for the stake clerk or a member of the stake presidency to enter the occupation for each stake lead...

Notes in the Directory

Over the years I've sat in many Ward Council and PEC meetings where we discuss who a particular member is that's on our ward list, and someone in the room will know them or know about them. Then a year or two later you have the same discussion, without that person being there, and you know you shoul...

Re: Please Show Who Their Home / Visiting Teachers Are

I agree this would probably be one of the most beneficial additions to LDS Tools, from a bishopric standpoint, and probably for HP, EQ, and RS, too. I echo the appreciation for the great work the Church is doing on LDS Tools, LDS.org, etc. I wish the BSA was doing the same (or would let the Church d...

Please Show Who Their Home / Visiting Teachers Are

As bishopric members we frequently want to know who someone's home or visiting teachers are, so we can involve them when their families need help. Right now the only way we know of to find out who a families HT / VT are is to go through the list of HT / VT assignments until we find the family listed...

Kurt,

Thank you so much for the update and the serious consideration you're giving this. I really appreciate it.

It's great to know the capacity is there and this was just a one-off problem that's being looked into.

Thanks,
Brian

Kurt, I PM'd the unit number to you. Sorry, I just now saw your post.

Thanks,
