You can create your own lists (found under other lists I believe). If a bishop is interested he can assign someone to create a "not accountable members" list who will be willing to do the work to update periodically. A temporary solution for now.

So you are saying it works on your android and tablet but not on your computer? What browser are you trying to use? (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, ect)
