Re: Instructions to Ward members on using breakout rooms for multiple classes in second hour meetings

I looked at this for our Ward, but then we would have one URL for 1st and 3rd weeks and another URL for 2nd and 4th weeks. Talking with my Bishop we opted for the method that was much harder for me (one guy) and much easier for the entire ward by having one URL regardless of what week of the month ...

Re: Instructions to Ward members on using breakout rooms for multiple classes in second hour meetings

This is helpful. Do you need to set up these Breakout Rooms each week? Or can you set them up once, and the settings perpetuate from then on? When you are setting up your meeting as recurring (i.e. the 1st & 3rd Sunday of every month, which is tricky to do in Zoom, but it can be done!), you can...

Re: Merging Member Marriage to Another Member

Either the marriage or the baptism wasn't recorded correctly. At the point, SLC will have to fix it. I believe there's a "special request" feature that you can use. I'm having the same problem, and it isn't the first time I've seen this (although I can't seem to figure out how it was reso...

Re: Status of Web Indexing and access to Desktop reporting

After 3-4 hours, access to Web Indexing and its reporting came back online. The Church is promoting a worldwide Indexing event later this month. If regular Sunday morning traffic is enough to shutdown Web Indexing, it'll be interesting to see how this upcoming event fares. I would still like to know...

Status of Web Indexing and access to Desktop reporting

Our ward youth program is running a little Indexing challenge. Some have been using Desktop Indexing, others Web Indexing. Two problems: 1) For weeks, stake access to reporting on Desktop Indexing appears to be down. The message online says "The admin portal is down for maintenance. We apologiz...

Re: Need Access to Indexing Reports

Thank you, davesudweeks! I stand corrected! Now I just need to learn how to get reporting on the Indexing done by ward members via the download program. Anyone know?

Re: Need Access to Indexing Reports

The web version of Indexing is live and working, but the Ward Temple and Family History Consultants still do not appear to have access to Indexing statistics for their ward members. Neither do bishops nor high priest group leaders (which oversee family history and indexing functions). Has anyone hea...

Our ward has extensive experience with the old and current LDS calendars; I would be happy to participate in beta testing of the new calendar. Ward Executive Secretary.
