Re: Recording Baptisms

Thanks for the help, are both signatures required? If they aren't both signed, what are the consequences? Audit failures, etc?

Recording Baptisms

Question regarding recording baptisms for 8 yr olds, born in the covenant, there is some difference in what the form says vs what the church handbook says. My question is around the requirements for signing the baptismal form. 1) Baptism form, says that a parent or guardian must sign the document 2)...

Re: Zoom Meeting: Virtual Attendee Volume Issues

Thanks for everyone's suggestions, @Russellhltn I did wind up buying the device you recommended above. I did find a USB Microphone that I use as a back up mic in case there are audio issues with the record out port on the podium, this USB mic has a switch on it that will boost by audio by 10db which...

Microsoft Teams for Wards and Stakes

Does the church provide access to wards or stakes Office 365 accounts? Our ward uses a variety of tools to manage the ward council, none of them connect well or encourage collaboration between groups. Before I buy an Office subscription for our ward I wanted to see if the church has plans outside of...

Staging ministering brothers assignments

With then new change of having one quorum of elders we are working on revamping companionship’s and families asssignments. We are doing it in excel because I believe if we make changes in LDS.org that the changes will be live and not have had a chance to get bishops approval first. Is there a way to...

LDS Calendar won't update

For the last few days I have been unable to successfully edit or create new meetings/events in the LDS calendar. All works well until I click on Update or Create, all I see if a spinning circle as though it is trying to update or create a meeting. I've let the spinning wheel run for about an hour wi...
