Re: E-Mailing all EQ members in same e-mail
The only problem with using the directory is that it only picks up those who are actually an ordained Elder. If you have prospective Elders, they will not show in the directory portion of the Elders Quorum. If you have Elders attending High Priests, they will get your email and not get emails from t...

Re: "Send a Message" Function on LCR
I love the send a message feature in LCR. However I just found out that in only applies to bishoprics, clerks, and executive secretaries (on a ward level). For the leaders in quorums or auxiliaries they have to go a backwards way into the directory and copy and paste lists to e-mail their organizat...

Re: High Priest home teaching site
Once logged into LCR, go to Organizations, then click on Home and Visiting teaching (this can be found under callings). From that new page, click on the companionship tab and you will be able to update visits or do anything else to your respective companionships.

Re: Printing a list of Prospective Elders
One can also get that PE info by going to Reports and bring up either Unit Statistics and clicking on PE, (which is the better choice because it is current info), or view it in the Quarterly Report (which will be current for only for that quarter one is viewing) and clicking on line 15, PEs. That i...

Re: Email list for individual Hometeaching Districts
The best place to leave feedback such as this is on the home teaching companionship page. At the very bottom, you will see an option to leave feedback.

Re: LCR and saving a VT file
This is probably due to data privacy issues and trying to keep member information private.

Re: High priest and Elder assignments
If a family is not assigned the home teacher, that family will be displayed in home teaching lists based on the default class assignment, which means that prospective elders and single sisters will be listed by default on the lists for the high priests group. One of the numbers that my Stake Presid...

Re: High priest and Elder assignments
Prospective elders are assigned to the high priests group by default. The bishop should determine whether a prospective elder is best served by being assigned to the elders quorum or high priests group. For more details on this, refer to Handbook 2 section 7.6.1 and the First Presidency letter date...

Re: High priest and Elder assignments
Thanks mstauff. I can now assign them this way. It still seems odd that they didn't show up under the Households not assigned to be Home Taught section from the overview tab. Is that normal behavior?

Re: High priest and Elder assignments
I logged out and logged back in with no change. I had our High Priest Group leader log into the HT application and he can see the individuals, but they are not assigned to the HPG. I think I will provide some feedback as this doesn't seem right.
