My children and I still all have duplicate circles.
At around the time there apparently was a script run to scrub the system of duplicate circles, I (executive secretary) was also removed from all Bishopric circles. Was this intentional, or an accidental consequence of the stated script run?

Re: Generate email list of Primary parents
If the "Send A Message" (lds.org/lcr, Applications, Send a Message) application is available one of the options under "Add Recipients, Members" is Parents of Primary Children. This will generate a message addressed to all parents of Primary age children with email addresses on t...

Re: Mark "Opt out" for Send a Message
As a temporary band-aid, we have found that the email address has to be an "individual email" address in the system for recipients to receive it. Thus, if a person requests this, you can move their email in the system from "individual email" to "household email" for tha...

Email to individuals to default to household email?
We want to start sending organization emails out. However, we have found that if each individual does not have an individual email in the system for that very person, it will not send an email to them--even when there is a household email listed for their household. This means single brothers and si...

Side note: The manual is also not listed among the manuals for optional courses, located here: https://www.lds.org/manual/optional-courses?lang=eng If these needed changes can be forwarded to those who have the power to correct them, it would help myself and others more easily identify the class man...

Re: Sunday School Family History Class?
Thank you. I was looking at the online list, accessed here: https://www.lds.org/manual/2015?lang=eng
The online list does not list the Family History manual under other optional courses. It must have been an unidentified mistake!
Thanks again!
John

Sunday School Family History Class?
According to the "Instructions for Curriculum 2015", the Family History class (approved up through 2014) was an option as a Sunday School class. However, it is not listed on this year's approved Sunday School optional classes. Was there a policy change with this, or was it a simple oversig...

Seminaries & Institutes video clips on lds.org?
Within Gospel Library (iPod/iPhone version of app), there is a section in "Videos" that is entitled "Seminaries and Institutes" in which there are several video clips of general conference talks that correlate with various scriptures. (There are literally hundreds of them.) Is th...
