Re: PVC on Vidyo Mobile App

I have also been trying to get the mobile app to work on Android. Apparently I'm not using the right portal url. I tried both urls listed in this thread, but I get the following error "Error Contacting VidyoPortal".

Finance section issues after MLS 3.5 update

Two of our units got the update on Sunday. It said to do a send/receive to obtain. The update worked and gave us a message to close MLS then reopen and we could proceed in finance section. However, it would not let us go forward. We did additional send/receive to see if more programs did not get dow...

This is awesome! I confirm that it works with Wondershare on a droid incredible running android 4.0. I did have to start it with mms:// as http:// didn't work. I also couldn't get the 2 test streams to work, but my stream that I started worked great. I recommend starting a stream and trying that. :)

Your solution worked for me. The interlacing issues were solved by changing the deinterlace method in the Broadcast job file.

Just got the Blackmagic Design Intensity Pro

As an FYI, I recently used the Blackmagic Design Intensity Pro, and it worked great! It's a lot cheaper than the Osprey, and it does both analog and digital. Just installed the new card and used the blackmagic console in the control panel to change the video source. The video comes through fine, bu...

EJ-10 audio backup over conference call - soft sound and audio cutting out

What we do as backup for the webcast is to use an audio conference bridge as described on the wiki: https://tech.lds.org/wiki/Audio_conferencing_%28meetinghouse%29 Then we only need one EJ10 in each building and we only tie up one phone line in each building. Edit: I believe that is also used for H...

The EVI-D70 is the best solution for a camera that I can think of. It is small, has very good picture quality, great zoom (18x optical), it is relatively inexpensive, can be mounted upside down, can store 6 camera angles with their zoom and focus settings and it takes only a second to recall/positi...

What quality setting are the test streams running at? Fortunately, the church has created such an A/V stream for testing the download half of the webcast process. They are available here... http://stream.lds.org/webcast and http://stream.lds.org/webcast2 Sometimes it take a minute or so to finish bu...

Right now we are just using the clerk computers for the receivers. One of the buildings is completely packed, but doesn't have a satellite, so we had facilities run a video input from the Clerk's office into a video distribution amplifier and run outputs to the primary and relief society rooms. We h...
