Re: Study Notebook Export

A status update. I reported this issue with the export function not working. After some back and forth and providing additional information to the support folks, I received the following message on March 31, 2020: "Thanks for reporting this. It is in our queue to be prioritized for a fix, but w...

Re: Study Notebook Export

I have tried the new "download my notes" button and received a file with 997 of my notes. I have many thousands of notes that were not downloaded. I have left feedback and would suggest others who use the note feature try to export their notes. Then verify the notes in the exported file ar...

Camp payment - website down for maintenance?

Not sure where to go to ask this question. I am trying to do a church camp site rental (personal not ward) on the web page: https://reservations-camping.lds.org I can get the reservation added to my cart and ready to check out, but when I get to the last step to make a payment I just get this error:...

Re: Unable to download notes and highlights

I consider my scripture notes, received under inspiration, to be personal scripture. The thought of losing these thousands of comments to be very troubling. Please find a way to get this important export feature restored.

Re: Feature to export or print notes

For many years I have used the export feature on the lds.org page to download a backup copy of all my scripture notes and comments. This export feature has helped to give me an assurance that no matter what should happen to my account or the data stored there, I would still have a copy of these very...

Re: Gospel Library 4.0 for Android

Another feature I forgot to mention in the first post that I'm interested to see people's thoughts on – the main developer put a lot of work into an intelligent search suggestions feature to quickly jump to a chapter or verse. Try hitting the search button and type, for example "n37", &qu...

How to use the "goto" button?

In the bookmarks tool there is a goto button. Anyone know if there are any shortcuts that work? I was hoping the standard abbreviations like "Duet" could be used instead of trying to type Deuteronomy.

and other missing features that were really useful

I miss this feature also in the new scriptures. It was very useful. I also really miss the feature that allowed you to click a single button to display all the scriptures in full from a list (like the topical guide pages). It seems to takes way more clicks to do the same thing in the new scriptures.

show the time

Love the new calendar! 1 - Please include Event time on the month view. If that is not possible due to space, have the Calendar, Time, Event, Description and Location pop up on mouse over. 2 - Have an option to subscribe to all/none calendars (all on/off). Love this idea. We have been talking about...

Footnote problem

An example. Recently I noticed a post on a popular LDS blog. The post quoted a scripture like this: "Jacob 2: 18 But abefore ye seek for briches, seek ye for the ckingdom of God." The person doing the post may know how to turn off the footnotes, but from my experience, most people do not know how. M...
