Deceased, correct father‘s name
I have a member that on her individual ordinance summary, it prints her fathers name incorrect. The first and second name are incorrect. The names as an example : ABC and should read ACD. Is there a way this can be corrected.? Her Father is deceased.

I understand there is a 6 or 7 question check list that is available for moving members out of
the ward. After you answered these question and can't find where the member moved,
you can transfer the member to church head quarters. Hope this makes since ..

How can I correct a incorrect blessing date? When I print a child's blessing certificate
it has the same date as the child's birthday. I don't know were the blessing date is
stored. Can you help me?

I have a situation where a couple has left our and moved to different address. I have tried calling to find out what their status is .. maybe they are getting a divorce?? But with out know this can I moved them to their different ( Ward ) address and leave him as head of household. I have good phone...

I have a family were Father is head of household which is correct but wife is head of household in her record and daughter is head of household in her record.
Can I just add the wife and daughter in fathers record and head of house will be deleted in their individual record??

Thanks for your help. After further investigation I see where he has been moved to another ward. So that solves my problem.
