If I combine them as RS/EQ/HP, then I lose the freedom of the 1st week and the instructors which will usually be different. I envisioned a button next to the 2-4 weeks on any of the EQ/RS/HP schedules that would allow me to copy Lesson Topic to the other two adult groups.

When I manage a lesson schedule for either the elders quorum, high priest group or the relief society for the 2nd, 3rd or 4th weeks, I should have the option to make it uniform with the other 2. If I'm entering a lesson schedule for RS, HP or EQ and coy text to paste in, the Lesson Topic field doesn't accept pasting.
