That's a great tip, thanks very much. I wasn't aware. I no longer have access to CDOL but I can find someone who does fairly easily.

We use the maps for a large food drive event every year - will we hit a DOS limit?
Hello, Here in Calgary we have a huge city-wide food drive each September. I run a call centre that depends heavily on the meetinghouse locator functionality to know where to assign drivers to pick up missed bags of food. We have 5 people who sit around my kitchen table for about four hours and look...

Re: Webcast panic
Update: we're up and running. WIth my testing earlier today, I couldn't kill the network because the stake presidency and our visiting general authority were using it. I guess i just didn't have enough upstream bandwidth. I didn't expect it to behave that way, but I guess there's probably an absolut...

Webcast panic
Hi all, I'm writing this hoping that someone might be monitoring the forum that could help me. We have stake conference tomorrow, and webcasting isn't working. Webcasting is generally routine for us and we tested it on Tuesday evening and last night and everything worked great. We tested last night ...

Thanks a ton. That gives me a good idea of what you're talking about. I'll try to track some down. I'm pretty sure I only have 2 video inputs for this upcoming conference.

Re: Videonics MX-1 Video Mixer Tips and Tricks
If you wouldn't mind digging up the model you used, I'd really appreciate it. If you can find them, I'll order some today. I was wondering if the problem might have been because of a weak signal from one of our cameras. Thanks for that response.

Re: Receiving Webcast on Linux
I don't know if this is useful info, but I've been able to use my mac to receive webcast streams using VLC. I use the receiver box for actual meetings, but the macbook works great for testing.

Re: Videonics MX-1 Video Mixer Tips and Tricks
Have you seen any other issues since you've made that change? The mixer seemed to kick out for me yesterday about 1.5 hours into a 2 hour meeting. None of the lights changed on the machine itself, but it seemed to go out and then back in, so I lost video for about 5 seconds. The screens just went bl...

Re:
Thank you for this conversation. I am having the same flicker problem on the upper third of the picture when I output from the MX-1 mixer through a Grass Valley (canapus) ADVC110 analog to digital video converter. You mentioned in a post that you had to experiment to find a converter that worked wi...
