Re: Celiac disease

@seelydan Cool. Sounds great. However, some people are sensitive enough to need to be concerned about cross-contamination. So, the items may need to be handled first (before the bread, if handled at all), and may need to be put inside something to prevent cross-contamination. One obstacle is the sou...

Re: Potential Fix for Kindle Fire/LDS tools

For Kindle Fire users who have been looking for a comparably affordable Android tablet with a legal installation of Google Play, I recommend checking out the Vastking KingPad SA10, and getting a bluetooth keyboard to go with it (ideally one with a slot to hold up the keyboard). Pros: * 10" scre...

Ward meeting times during the pandemic

I notice when I look up my ward's meeting time, it says exactly what it said before the pandemic. Shouldn't it give information about how to gain access to the virtual meetings, too?

Who updates that information?

Re: Hymns via Google Home Mini

Here's how to play Children's Songbook songs by page number! All you do is say, 'Alexa, ask Gospel Voice to play page 118.' And it'll play Book of Mormon Stories. or 'Alexa, ask Gospel Voice to play page 23b.' And it'll play Heavenly Father, While I Pray. You don't have to mention that it's from the...

Re: Zoom Account for Bishops and Leaders

Thanks for the feedback. I've since used Zoom (just once, so far), and didn't need an account. I used it on a Kindle Fire HD 8 6th edition. It worked fine.

Re: Virtual Stake Conference with everyone at home

Sounds cool, but I don't know the answer. What are the interactive features for, in this case? Is it for moderation? If it's permissible for stake conference, you could optionally alternatively have all the speakers record their talks, and send them to you, and then you could review them and stream ...

Re: Zoom Account for Bishops and Leaders

Doesn't everyone in a Zoom meeting need a Zoom account, too?
