Marker not moved after ward change

If a member's pin has been adjusted on the map, and then they move to another ward, their new ward will see their pin at the old (adjusted) location instead of being at the new address that they moved to. I'm not sure how to report this bug, but it is very annoying!

I'm ready for Calendar 2.0 Beta test

I'm a Bishop and web administrator. I also end up helping our stake building scheduler figure out how to use the Calendar.

Since "All data is backed up up when a backup is made", any one backup should be able to restore all data as of the time of the backup. That being the case, how long do we need to keep previous backups? Isn't the most recent one all we care about?

Automated bulletin generation? I don't think I like that too much. I know by experience that there are some weeks that just don't fit into any standard template and you have to be creative. (Example: Primary program, YW or YM program, one week with special music another with ward choir, Christmas pr...

Most of the templates we've seen are in MS Word format. To use any of the templates referred to in this thread on a mac, just open the template with your word processing application. Pages (part of iWork) will open MSWord format then you save it as a Pages document.

Filing of Membership info

Every membership update results in paper. What info should the membership clerk be filing and what can be thrown away after it is acknowledged by those who need to know about it? Our Ward Clerk wants to save EVERYTHING which I feel is unnecessary because the information is stored in MLS and backed u...
