Report of Church Disciplinary Action

I think I read in an MLS message that in this version of MLS Reports of Church Disciplinary Action can be sent to Salt Lake through MLS. Is that true? If it is true do we still mail a copy to the Stake?

I have searched Wiki, but I could not find anything definitive.

Re: Reimbursement Check

The money to EFY was written on a budget line item, so there is no problem putting it back.

Now I understand the procedure. Thank you. I appreciate the help

Re: Reimbursement Check

No budget has been created for anyone, or any organization in our MLS system. I also checked wiki and was not able to find an answer. My question is actually about procedure. In my limited knowledge of MLS all I know about entering money into MLS is through the donor window. Is it the same for a rei...

Reimbursement Check

We have several young men who signed up to attend EFY. The ward cut a check to cover the fees and sent it to Salt Lake City. Later a couple of the boys opted out and did not attend. We received a reimbursement check from Salt Lake City for the cost of the boys who did not attend. I am not sure what ...

Donor list

We had an activity a couple of months ago in which the young men and young women earned a sizable amount of money. They would like to send a "Thank You" card to all those (donors) who took part in the activity. Is there a way to find the names of donors for a specific activity?

Re: Annotating Records

I am sure that is true. I think the request for annotation sent to Salt Lake is done in MLS. I have done this after a finding of a Bishop's Disciplinary Council. It was done from the menu tab "Confidential Reports." and the menu that is for church discipline. Once the fields are filled out...

Annotating Records

Where do I annotate a record for an incident serious enough for church discipline, but that happened two years before baptism and yet still needs to be added to his record.

Re: Printer Mangled Checks

I actually couldn't find an answer in wiki. I have voided checks before. The situation here is that the checks was never recorded. There is no record of them in MLS

Printer Mangled Checks

My printer mangled a couple of checks. I had to use other checks to complete the transaction. The record was issued to the new checks. What is the proper way to account for the checks, not recorded, that were mangled?

Blessing Certificate Search

I understand that MLS does not record blessing information and that if the baby's name is in the record the blessing has, most likely been done. The question is then, is there any way to create a search to find babies whose blessing certificate has not been printed.
