Dear Administrator, I spoke to other Bishop's in South Africa, and they are all experiencing the same issue, they cant log in "Missionary Online Recommendation System" Error Message"''No valid roles were found for your account" It looks like there is a geographical log in problem...

It is not the first time that I signed in, i noticed I couldnt sign in anymore since the lds.org new website was redesigned

I can't sign in thought I'am a Bishop, in Missionary Online Recommendation System,

An error message says: ''No valid roles were found for your account. You might not be authorized to use this system"

Since the new website, when I go to the Leadership Training Library Videos, when I click to download nothing hapened. I cant download anymore
