Re: Membership Record Number

Please assist me with getting this set up This is a user-to-user forum. You set up your MRN when you set up your Church Account. If you are getting an error message there that the MRN is already in use, or that your account cannot be updated, or something similar, I would suggest that you contact y...

Re: Patriarchal Blessing Inquiry

I'd suggest he create a Church Account using his MRN. Then on the main site, churchofjesuschrist.org, he can go and request his Patriarchal Blessing. Since "[h]e doesn't remember anything about the information the request page asks when you request a copy," I suspect he has done that alre...

Re: STAKE DIRECTORY/ Stake office phone numbers

Re: Patriarchal Blessing Inquiry

He doesn't remember if he even got one. It's been 30~ years, and there are no recollections of it in his family. He should provide whatever information he has and let the Church look for it. He should include the location where he lived during that time. And if they cannot find it, he should visit ...

Re: STAKE DIRECTORY/ Stake office phone numbers

We are having a problem finding the stake directory so we can call the stake office for temple recommend appointments. The stake directory is found in Member Tools or online at ChurchofJesusChrist.org when you sign in then go to Ward Directory and Maps. The bishop or counselor who interviewed you s...

Re: Menu Changes at ChurchofJesusChrist.org

Well, I was blessed to see the new header/menu for the first time this evening. These are a few random thoughts about the experience for me. Some sites sport the new menu. Others do not. Those that do come and go between old and new depending on the prevailing winds. There is nothing, I repeat, noth...

Re: Missionary Online System Question

On what day of the week are assignments for senior missionaries generally made? Another question; are senior missionary calls sent out on a particular day every week? It is my understanding that missionary assignments are made each week based on the schedule of the Apostle who is assigned for that ...

The "All Tools" link has been there for quite some time, although for me it comes and goes depending on the whims of the server.

Re: New guidance on who presides in the Bishop's absence?

One thing about the old article is wrong. A high councilor does not receive the sacrament first. He used to, but that changed in the 90s.
