Re: Suggestion: Patriarch access to potential Stake members who could be considered for a Patriarchal Blessing
Thanks russellhltn. I couldn't find it online either. I did find this: "Worldwide Leadership Training Meeting: The Patriarch" (booklet, 25240; DVD, 25241 090). I'll track it down.

Re: Suggestion: Patriarch access to potential Stake members who could be considered for a Patriarchal Blessing
@russellhltn, Thank you for that Conference reference. I'll pass it on to the Patriarch who made this request. @sbradshaw, that is a good point. We just sustained a new Patriarch who is very tech savvy and I'm sure that will be one of his first question to me! I could definitely see a useful report ...

Re: Suggestion: Email removal link in LCR email as a way to be excluded from LCR emails
But such a change has to be passed though the Priesthood Department in consolation with the legal department. I guess there is red tape everywhere :) I'd imagine what they're going to look at is that members can't turn off all communication from their leaders and still be considered a member I actu...

Re: Suggestion: Email removal link in LCR email as a way to be excluded from LCR emails
@russellhltn, Guidelines are always a good idea. However, guidelines to not solve the problem if someone does not want to receive any bulk communications. It is not a lot of email, perhaps a couple per quarter. In this case, it was information about Stake Conference dates and locations to view via w...

Suggestion: Patriarch access to potential Stake members who could be considered for a Patriarchal Blessing
When I go to the Access Table in LCR and set the Role to Patriarch, I can see that he has no additional access. Please consider adding access to allow him to see and contact those who might be good candidates for a Patriarchal Blessing, particularly the youth of that age. At first glance, this might...

Suggestion: Email removal link in LCR email as a way to be excluded from LCR emails
Hello, We have received a dozen or so requests for people who want their emails removed from Stake-wide emails sent from LCR. I've noticed that there are no unsubscribe links at the bottom of these emails but instead a message that the person has made their email address available to local leaders. ...

LCR emails to Juno being bounced as spam
Hello, I have noticed that LCR emails to Juno.com email accounts are bouncing with a message indicating that they are coming from a black-listed server, gmhwh.org. I've tracked down Juno's email provider's page to request that the Church's MTA be removed but since I do not control the domain, someon...

Re: What do do when receiver gets "media failed" on silverlight player
In this case it appears that it's unable to access the server. Yes. Unfortunately not a very helpful message. The Internet connection was fine but I was using wireless at the time. I was really just looking to verify that the stream was active. Upstream health was at 100% for the VidiU. I will call...

What do do when receiver gets "media failed" on silverlight player
Hello, I'm doing a test today using the new Meetinghouse webcast portal. Transmitting seems to be going stellar. However, my receiver suddenly went dark. The states say: "Media Failed". I've tried restarting the browser, PC, different browsers (not allowed). Nothing is working. Has anyone ...

Re: New VidiU Webcast - Slow Receiving Laptops
I'm seeing about 500kbps on any of our laptops regardless of specs. I've tried my new I7 but still only 500kbps receive.
