I'll just add in my $0.02 here. I am also a huge fan of custom reports and have used them extensively over the past decade or so so. LCR absolutely NEEDS custom report functionality.

I also agree with the idea of keeping calling history back at least a few years. That would be very helpful.

I can no longer see any members at all in LDS maps. In I click to see my ward/stake, I see the basic map, but there are no households listed on the left and no markers on the map. There is a link to the directory at the top of the left pane, but clicking that just takes me to the regular directory. ...

I hesitated to call LUS because the website where I found the phone number makes it pretty clear that only technology specialists, facilities, and a few others are allowed to contact them, and I was left with the impression they wouldn't talk to me as a clerk. Well, they did; problem solved.

Our MLS developed a database error and we were unable to login. After searching the forum, the solution seemed to be to remove MLS, reinstall, and restore from a backup. That I did, and it worked fine. MLS is up and running again. Well, almost. The problem is that the finance functionality is locked...

Well, what do you know. I guess the solution to the problem was to just post a thread about it. Even though I had tried starting the program probably a couple of dozen times, restarted the phone numerous times, repeated the factory reset, uninstalled and reinstalled several times, all without succes...
