When will new schedules be available?

We are having the problem that some of our Ward members are not listed on everyone's devices. Some find them on their phone app, but I don't find those members on my computer or phone. Do I need to somehow "update" my devices?

How do I get this "New Lesson Update" so I can reorder classes. I was not able to insert Conference, etc. until today.
