What is the address for the church administration office for a utah based unit?

I need to submit a Baptism and Confirmation Record for Readmission.

I have some callings in MLS that disagree with CDOL, and callings in lds.org that disagree with both CDOL and MLS.

Any chance there will be a message sent out through MLS when problems like this occur in the future?

It is much more difficult to clean up after the fact, especially when you carry on as business as usual making changes in MLS and assuming they are recorded.

How to I send my MLS callings to CDOL?
There are so many updated callings in the last few weeks that it would be a lot of work to go edit something in each calling and then change it back.

Can I modify CDOL directly?

How do I find out if an individual is listed as deceased by the church?

A member in my ward has a deceased child. All the children are listed on his MLS/IOS, but there is no indicator as to whether the church has record of the child as deceased or still living.

Any updates on this?
My lds.org has been out of sync for several weeks now.
I did a unit refresh data 2 weeks ago, but still no sync.

I also cannot delete administrators- thinking wheel spins indefinitely.
I am a default admin, ward clerk.

Any workarounds/fixes to delete added admins?
