Here's another anomaly.
Updated non-member wife's previous married name (she was legally divorced) to her maiden name, based on her first marriage on-line application & certificate.
Within on-line LCR, maiden name does appear, but when printed,
this former married name is printed on her MR.

Re: Add divorce from previous spouse
To further clarify, husband was a Non-Member. Seems that because a date of death was entered before date of Divorce, there is "no" "Change Marriage Status" button for me to select. This has been a good thing; however, because I can use husbands information to help research names ...

Re: Add divorce from previous spouse
Must clarify. Existing displayed husband died after their divorce. He's still on this less active members MR. Death date had already been entered by some other MemRecClk. Actually, "Date of Death" does not appear either, just the word, "Deceased". "Present Spouse" is st...

Re: Add divorce from previous spouse
Within LCR, I've entered date of birth for existing non-member husband.
Later, I found that they divorced.
I can't add a termination date.
Should I just delete "date of birth". Would that bring up "termination date"?

Re: Quarterly Report - Sacrament Meeting Attendance
Reason given to me for counting "Sacrament Cups Used" had something to do with my not wandering up and down aisles during post Sacrament talks. Maybe some have found that practice rather intimidating, as if we were looking for fugitives, illegal aliens or attempting to enforce some kind of...

Re: Quarterly Report - Sacrament Meeting Attendance
I've had issues with our ward's "traditional" attendance counting method. As Clerk and previously as "Asst. Clerk for Mem Recs" we've always based our count on "number of sacrament cups used". Then we were told to add 10% for those in attendance who chose that day to no...

Re: Attempted Use of USB 3.0, Failed
Plugged into front USB SS slot, MLS backup file requires about a minute and a half (90 seconds) to download to 3.0, 8 GB flash drive. Same flash drive placed within a USB 2.0 slot requires about the same 90 seconds. A USB 2.0 flash drive plugged into a USB 2.0 slot requires only about 30 seconds for...

Attempted Use of USB 3.0, Failed
New ward DELL PC has 4 Super Speed (SS) USB 3.0 ports -- 2 in front, 2 in back. I replaced our externally powered USB 2.0 hub -- added for convenience -- with a 3.0 version. I assumed that such a change would increase download speed for backingup MLS to 3.0 flash drives. Wrong. Actually resulted in ...
