Re: Network Alerts
So this feature will show active alerts/warnings. Will all of the STS be emailed about these events as they happen? Will there be a way to subscribe to certain and some not at each location? We have some STS that live closer to one location than another.

Re: Multicast on Meetinghouse network
How about starting with something simpler like understanding how multicast works? It also helps to understand the difference between unicast, multicast, broadcast, and anycast from the network infrastructure perspective. Assuming it could be configured and allowed the local multicast support will d...

Re: Multicast on Meetinghouse network
Because it seems that everyone is going to pinch the bandwidth it seems to me that every stake and ward building are going to need to have the media files local. But the question is: is local to the meetinghouse good enough - or will network (perhaps wireless) problems mean this needs to be local t...

Re: Multicast on Meetinghouse network
If there are different pools I don't know what they are. Also they were on the same subnet. When multicast is enabled it will allow the streams to go accross subnets. I will post the an article later on configuration on WLC's.

Multicast on Meetinghouse network
Does anyone know if Multicast is enabled on the network? I'm asking because i think that Apple TV's would be good to use to stream the content from a laptop or iOS device. I think that there is also an android app but have not had a chance to test it. I did bring an Apple TV to the Stake Center and ...

Re: FM: Facility Issue Reporting (FIR) Pilot
Has this ticketing system been fully implemented? If so is it going to be expanded to include technology? Might be good for it to be public to the users in case there is a problem with TV's and such.

Re: Max IP Addresses

Re: Max IP Addresses
They could setup netflow on the firewalls to give everyone an idea of traffic. I have used manage engine net flow.at with we use solar winds. Which is expensive but is really powerful.
