AM ASKING, IS THERE ANY POSSIBILITY OF RESTORING A CANCELLED MISSION CALL!!!???

I will talk to my Stake President and he communicates to the Area Office to see my Papers getting pushed forward to the next level but i do not know why they got paused for such a long time.

My mission papers have been pending at the Area Office for four months now due to some stuff which i recently solved with my Stake President, so, is there a possibility that they can be resumed and get submitted to the Church Headquarters?? Thank you, Am Mugalula Simon Trevor, Uganda.
