Calendar advanced options
I have in the past been able to print legal, landscape, with big or bigger text. Currently the options do not work, or at least completely. Please fix.

Modifying Layer names without loosing data.
Can the various layers of the calendar be modified to communicate the intent of the layer without loosing all the events currently posted to that layer being changed? As we try to make the calendar work and communicate correctly, we find that some layers need to be deleted and some need to be re-lab...

Re: Who owns the "event" in the calendar
This is why we try to get the Event owner's name listed in the Description field with their phone number, so anyone who needs to talk to the organizer will have that info by just hovering over the event with the cursor. It would be nice if there was an input field that listed the Event owner's name ...

Re: Viewing other units using same bldg reservations
I think the Weekly view showing all Events in a location should be available for the non-calendar editor . Without this view, the individual members who would like to schedule the building for a Private/family event cannot see and select optional dates, prior to calling the "ward" calendar...

When printing calendar - list layers displayed as a footer
As we try to involve more and more individuals in viewing the on-line calendar, there will still be the few that will "require" a printed calendar. It would be helpful and instructive if at the bottom of the page under the "Monthly" grid being printed, that the various "Laye...

Re: The title of Building Scheduler is totally misleading
I vote for changing the title of Building Scheduler in the calendaring system to Stake Building Use Administrator. Maybe Stake Building Use Coordinator. Please do not grant calendar default administrator rights to this calling. Maybe the current MLS calling of Building Specialist - that is currently...

Re: "Other" location missing from email notification
Having the "Other location" sent in the e-mail would be nice. For additional "promotion" of the event, I would suggest using the Description field to include Location, and Phone number of the person in charge of the event. This way, those who hover their mouse over the event, can...

Re: What's The Best Way to....
It would be a nice feature if the Calendar system would allow a "print only" view of all activities in the Location (building). We train our calendar editors to always label each event with the ward/unit ## first, Organization (RS, PR) second, and a brief event title. Further details in th...

Re: unnecessary bureaucracy
Building schedulers apparently should not be involved in scheduling events (without clear understanding of their "power") but rather they should just be setting up the restrictions once a year or so and only involved in conflict resolutions. Additionally, we have set up a Stake Calendar fo...
