Re: Transferring myldsmail emails to gmail (via POP?)

What happens if I didn't POP my ldsmail in time? Can I still retrieve it if it's been 6 months or is it gone forever and it sucks to be me? Google usually deletes it, so your second opinion would be the more correct one. However, in this specific instance it has not been deleted yet. I just turned ...

Re: Transferring myldsmail emails to gmail (via POP?)

If that does not complete after that security settings may needs to be changed for the account. ⋅ Open a browser and go to Google.com and SIGN OUT of any account already logged in. ⋅ In the same browser session log in to MyLDSMail.net with the user’s LDSAccount and password. &sd...

Re: Wife's photo won't upload, but the rest of the families photo will

I finally got it to work in my Android LDS Tools app (Version 2.5.0), but I still can not get it to work in I.E., Firefox or Chrome.

Re: Transferring myldsmail emails to gmail (via POP?)

The following information is the official support document for MyLDSMail: Summary User has completed his/her mission and wants to transfer the emails from their MyLDSMail account to a personal one. Missionaries are allowed to POP their email upon completion of their mission, this is how. Self Suppor...

Re: Wife's photo won't upload, but the rest of the families photo will

I am having the same problem, except with my #2 son. First I can't use any Windows browser to upload a picture (IE tells me that Firefox isn't supported, weird) and Firefox and Chrome aren't supported, so using the Directory web page is a dead end. Second, when I use LDS Tools on Android I get the s...

Building resources in calendar v2 different than in v1

My stake (Orem Orchard) has three buildings: stake center, east building, west building. Earlier this year I configured all three buildings in calendar v1, then set up all of my reservations, permissions and events. Now with the implementation of calendar v2 the addresses and units assigned to the E...

That is correct -- at present, no one (including stake leaders) can see a ward calendar other than their own. However, the calendar's capabilities continue to improve. Regarding this particular issue, a Church employee posted this: In the future, the new calendar will enable stake leaders to see ca...

Now that the logon page to the existing LEWS site has "click me" thumbnails of the new calendar and membership directory it's as if the church is encouraging membership to use the new calendar. I get frequent requests from members for me to move the Stake to the new system. I can't see a valid reaso...

Authentication is not working for me

I am trying to access the site from work, going through a proxy server. Using LUWS works fine in this scenario, but the map site won't load. I can log in to LUWS and then load the beta map site and my user name will show in the upper right as well as my personal information in the panel on the left,...

Encouraging Members to Use Unit Websites

I was just called for the second time to be a stake webmaster and to help a stake "roll out" the use of LUWS as the official means of communication within the stake. I just met with the stake presidency and outlined what I did before, and what I would like to do in this stake, and received their ent...
